Front Office Guest Service Agent

We are searching for a SUPERSTAR to join our Front Office Team!

As a Front Office Guest Service Agent, you will:

  • Be part of a team that's key focus is to deliver the exceptional guest experience that Netanya Noosa is known for. This covers the entire guest journey from the first point of contact prior to booking, through to the arrival, in-house and departure processes.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are maintained throughout the department to assist with the smooth day to day operations of the hotel.
  • Be able to effectively communicate with all hotel departments.
  • Always use a friendly, professional and positive manner when dealing with guests.
  • Be available over 7 days a week, from 7am - 9pm. Rostered shifts include evening and weekend work.

Housekeeping Team & Training Supervisor

In this role, you will not only be someone who trains and supervises the Housekeeping Teams, you will also be responsible for the daily workflow of the department and serving as a link between guests, employees and management.

The ideal candidate will be a competent individual with a minimum of two years' experience in the Housekeeping/Hospitality industry and who possesses the below skills and attributes to compliment the current Housekeeping Management team on a daily basis and in their absence:

  • Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions such as training and supervision of employees, laundry operations, room attending and public area cleaning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to ensure staff understand their duties and delegated tasks
  • Monitor productivity and provide constructive feedback and training to optimise the output of the room attendants
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership skills to manage the team and stock control
  • Attention to detail & basic computer skills required

Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with great coffee knowledge to help lead our team!

What we look for?

  • Proven skills in a similar hospitality role with a minimum of 2 years Barista experience including coffee art
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Food and Safety knowledge
  • Work well under pressure whilst maintaining a calm decorum
  • Flexibility in hours and work days required

A typical day?

  • Support the growth and development of the Providore on Hastings product to maintain the highest brand standards ensuring consistency in service
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the cafe & grocery store
  • Provide excellent customer service, specialising in the promotion of products and services
  • Training of new employees, ensuring policies and procedures are followed
  • Understand and maintain stock levels including, rotation, product placement & presentation
  • Accountability for till, reporting and cash handling procedures
  • Ensure all areas are clean and tidy at all times, both front and back of house
  • Serving of customers including preparation of coffees, beverages and basic food prep
